Edmundson Electrical is recruiting ambitious graduates to join as a Graduate Sales Trainee. You will undergo a 12-month rotation across departments, receiving on-the-job training and professiona l sales development to prepare you for external sales roles and potential management progression.

No experience is required; you will be supported with extensive training, a lucrative profit-share scheme, and progression opportunities across a nationwide branch network.

Formación

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Able to work across a six-day trading week including Saturdays.
• No prior experience required; strong desire to start a sales career.

Responsabilidades

• Train across multiple departments in Edmundson Electrical branches.
• Transition to external sales after training and perform on-site and phone-based selling.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities from new and dormant accounts.
• Receive comprehensive sales training and progress through the business.
• Support the team and contribute to revenue through proactive engagement.
