Job summary

Edmundson Electrical is seeking ambitious graduates for a Graduate Sales Trainee programme based across the UK. You will receive comprehensive on-the-job training, rotate through multiple departments, and progress into external sales with long-term career opportunities.

The role includes a £31,000 basic salary and eligibility for a profit-sharing scheme, plus extensive training and a contributory pension. A full UK driving licence is required, and occasional Saturdays may be worked.

Qualifications

• No experience required for the role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Full, clean UK driving license.
• Team player with initiative.
• Willingness to work occasional Saturday mornings.

Responsibilities

• Learn a lot and train in a warehouse, then rotate through departments to gain product knowledge.
• Develop into external, customer-facing sales after around 12 months.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities from new and dormant accounts.
• Engage customers and promote products; participate in a structured sales training programme.
• Progress toward external sales and potential management roles with proven performance.
