Job summary

Edmundson Electrical is recruiting ambitious graduates as Graduate Sales Trainees to be based at one of over 400 profit centres across the UK. You will receive a £31,000 basic salary and join a lucrative profit share scheme with extensive on-the-job training.

The role includes a 12-month rotation through various departments to give exposure to the business, with progression into External Sales and potentially Profit Centre Management in the future. Immediate start available after graduation.

Qualifications

• Graduates sought for entry-level sales roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication required.
• Full, clean UK driving licence needed.
• Willing to work Saturdays as the business trades 6 days a week.
• Ready for an immediate start after completing studies.

Responsibilities

• Learn about products, procedures and market in a branch/warehouse.
• Rotate through departments to gain broad exposure to the business.
• Start selling around month 3 by contacting lapsed/dormant accounts and sourcing new ones.
• Participate in the company’s sales training programme to build skills for long-term success.
• Progression opportunities into External Sales and then Profit Centre Management.
