Zusammenfassung

Edmundson Electrical are seeking ambitious graduates to join as Graduate Commercial Trainees. You will be based at one of 400 profit centres across the UK, undergoing 12 months of rotation through various departments to gain full exposure to the business and customers.

You will receive comprehensive on-the-job training, with progression opportunities into External Sales and potentially Profit Centre Management in the future, plus a lucrative profit share scheme and accredited sales training.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong work ethic and a team player who can also work on own initiative.
• This role requires occasional Saturday morning work as the business trades 6 days a week.
• You have finished studying and are ready for an immediate start.

Aufgaben

• Based in a branch, start training in a warehouse learning products and procedures.
• Work through departments including the trade counter to gain long-term skills.
• Around month 3 you will start selling and self-source new accounts.
• Participate in industry-leading sales training to equip you for success.
• Develop the essential skills to advance your sales career.
