Job summary
Rentokil Initial, a global hygiene leader, is recruiting graduates for a 6–12 month Graduate Management Programme at the Bristol branch. You will start as a Specialist Hygiene Technician with comprehensive training in hygiene, sales, and management, while working toward Level 1 and Level 2 qualifications and BESCA certification.
The role offers a clear progression path, relocation support, a competitive package, and a mix of field work and training.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2.2 degree in a BSc/BA in Management/Hospitality/Logistics/Environmental Health.
- Full UK driving licence is required.
- Flexibility to meet business needs and ability to work overtime.
- Willingness to undergo a DBS check (if required).
- Strong customer service skills and work ethic are essential.
Responsibilities
- Deliver essential hygiene services to a variety of clients.
- Respond to emergency hygiene needs and participate in an on-call rota.
- Provide expert advice and professional service to clients.
- Gain hands-on experience in biohazard cleaning, flood clean-up, infection control, and more.
- Work towards Level 1 and Level 2 hygiene qualifications and BESCA certification.
