Job summary

Rentokil Initial invites graduates to join the Indoor Sales Support track of the Sales and Management Graduate Programme. You will generate sales opportunities for field colleagues through inbound and outbound calls while undergoing intensive training at the World Class Sales Academy.

The role advances through structured weeks of training and rotational exposure, with potential progression to Field Account Manager or Leadership roles within the first two years.

Qualifications

• A minimum 2.2 degree (BSc/BA) in any subject preferred but not necessary.
• Full UK manual driving licence required.
• Target-driven, ambitious and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working in the field dealing with customers face-to-face.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales opportunities for field colleagues via inbound and outbound calls.
• Support servicing of washroom products and hazardous/toxic waste handling.
• Progress within the graduate scheme toward leadership and management roles.
