Rentokil Initial is offering an Indoor Sales Support graduate programme designed to develop future sales and management leaders. You will start by generating sales opportunities for field colleagues through calls, while undergoing extensive training and shadowing across the business.

Over 12+ months you will explore different areas, gain sales expertise, and prepare for leadership roles. The role combines office days with field shadowing and a strong focus on career progression within a FTSE100

Qualifications

• Minimum 2.2 degree in a Business-related subject is preferred.
• Full UK manual driving licence is required.
• Target-driven, ambitious and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales opportunities for field sales via inbound and outbound calls.
• Participate in a structured graduate development programme with training and shadowing.
