Job summary

Rentokil Initial is recruiting for a Graduate Sales and Management Programme in Newcastle. You will start as an Indoor Sales Support Consultant, generating sales opportunities for field colleagues via inbound and outbound calls, with a clear progression path through leadership development.

The role combines office-based work with one day per week in the office and one day in the field. You will receive extensive training and have opportunities for career progression within a FTSE100 company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2.2 degree in BSc/BA (Business, transport, logistics, supply chain or management disciplines preferred but not required).
• Full UK driving licence or working towards it.
• Target-driven, ambitious and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales opportunities for field sales colleagues via inbound and outbound calls.
• Support in servicing washroom products and assisting in field operations.
