Job summary

Rentokil Initial is launching its Graduate Sales and Management Programme within the Indoor Sales Support team. You will generate sales opportunities through inbound and outbound calls while undergoing a comprehensive training path across the business.

The programme progresses from initial training to broader exposure across sales roles, culminating in leadership development and senior opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

A minimum 2.2 degree in BSc/BA (business-related preferred)
Full UK manual driving licence
Target-driven, ambitious and self-motivated
Comfortable working out in the field with customers face-to-face
Desire to work with people and provide excellent customer service
Willingness to work hard and enjoy the role

Responsibilities

Generate sales opportunities for field sales colleagues via inbound and outbound calls.
Engage in the Indoor Sales Support duties as part of the graduate programme.
Participate in structured training and shadowing during Weeks 1–6 and beyond.
Progress through the leadership and development pathways as the scheme expands your responsibilities.
