Job summary

Rentokil Initial is seeking a high‑potential graduate to join its Indoor Sales Support stream as part of the Initial - Graduate Sales and Management Programme. You will generate sales opportunities for our field colleagues through inbound and outbound calls, while building a foundation in customer service and solution selling in a FTSE100 environment.

The 12–18 month programme combines structured training at the World Class Sales Academy with visits to the field, progressing to leadership

Qualifications

• A minimum 2.2 degree in BSc/BA in any subject (Business related, transport, logistics, supply chain or management disciplines preferred but not necessary).
• A full UK driving licence or be working towards this.
• Target-driven, ambitious and self‑motivated.
• Comfortable working out in the field dealing with customers face‑to‑face.
• Want to work with people and provide excellent customer service.
• A desire to work hard and have fun.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales opportunities for our field sales colleagues via inbound and outbound calls.
• In addition to doing this role day to day, the graduate scheme will follow the below format.
• Support in servicing various washroom products and removing hazardous waste while shadowing operational and sales staff.
