Job summary

Rentokil Initial Careers is offering a Graduate Sales and Management Programme in the UK. You will start as an Indoor Sales Support Consultant, generating opportunities for field colleagues through calls and shadowing in a structured, week-by-week development plan.

The programme includes extensive training, progression toward leadership roles, and hybrid working with one day in the office and one day field shadowing.

Qualifications

• A minimum 2.2 degree in BSc/BA in any subject (business, transport, logistics, supply chain or management preferred but not necessary).
• A full UK manual driving licence.
• Target-driven, ambitious and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working out in the field dealing with customers face-to-face.
• Want to work with people and provide excellent customer service.
• A desire to work hard and have fun.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales opportunities for field sales via inbound and outbound calls.
• Participate in the training and shadowing weeks to learn products and services.
• Gain exposure to multiple sales roles across the business.
• Progress to leadership and specialist roles over time.
