Rentokil Initial is offering a Graduate Sales and Management Programme as an Indoor Sales Support Consultant. You will generate opportunities for our field teams, in a role that combines training with practical sales experience across multiple branches in the UK.

It is a full-time, hybrid position with structured progression and leadership development. The programme starts with classroom and shadow training, then broad exposure to sales roles, and culminates in leadership pathways.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2.2 degree in BSc/BA (any subject).
• Full UK manual driving licence required.
• Target-driven, ambitious and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working out in the field with customers.
• Desire to work with people and deliver excellent service.
• Willing to work hard and have fun.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales opportunities for field sales via inbound and outbound calls.
• Support in servicing customers in a defined geographic area.
• Participate in training programs and career development pathways.
