The Role

This is a full-time position for a Graduate Sales Executive at Westlock Partners. The Graduate Sales Executive will be responsible for prospecting new clients, developing sales strategies, conducting market research, and presenting solutions to potential clients. They will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the commercial engagement process, including identifying and researching prospective clients and generating new business opportunities through outbound outreach, inbound enquiries, and industry events.
  • Manage and nurture a pipeline of qualified leads from initial contact through to conversion.
  • Lead prospect meetings, deliver tailored pitches, and support onboarding discussions.
  • Collaborate closely with partners and technical advisors to develop bespoke client solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records and contribute to regular reporting on commercial KPIs.
  • Represent the firm at networking events, industry forums, and relevant professional gatherings to build relationships and promote the brand.
