TH Daniels is a market leading Executive Search firm established in 2020. We are seeking enthusiastic graduates to join our Leeds team as Graduate Recruitment Consultant.

This is a sales and business development role with full responsibility for your own industry, handling end-to-end recruitment. We offer a base salary of £29K with uncapped commission and an average first-year OTE of £45-50k, plus fast progression and a 12-week training program to set you up for success.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; hire on personality and potential from any degree/background.
• Graduate role focused on sales and business development with autonomy.
• Ability to manage relationships with clients and candidates from day one.

We are currently looking for people to join the next phase of our growth in Leeds

Crucially, the Graduate Recruitment Consultant role is a sales & business development position, where you will have full responsibility for your own industry!

Your role as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant:

• Essentially you will be managing your own business within our business, specialising in one of our many industries on a global basis.
• Headhunting top industry talent into high-level job openings internationally. Working with the most established companies and candidates within your market!
• Managing and building client and candidate relationships as soon as you start the role and responsible for the entire end-to-end recruitment process. You will have a high level of support and autonomy!
• This position is a sales and business development role; you will be working towards targets, have KPI’s and will be responsible for developing your own clients, from scratch.
