TH Daniels is a market leading Executive Search firm established in 2020, we are searching for enthusiastic graduates to join our group of companies as a Executive Search Consultant. We are currently looking for people to join the next phase of our growth in Leeds.

Crucially, the Executive Search Consultant role is a sales & business development position, where you will have full responsibility for your own industry!

• Competitive base salary of £29K and uncapped commission scheme which is among the best in the industry. Average 1st year OTE £45-50k.

Your role as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant:

• Essentially you will be managing your own business within our business, specialising in one of our many industries on a global basis.
• Headhunting top industry talent into high-level job openings internationally. Working with the most established companies and candidates within your market!
• Managing and building client and candidate relationships as soon as you start the role and responsible for the entire end-to-end recruitment process. You will have a high level of support and autonomy!
• This position is a sales and business development role; you will be working towards targets, have KPI’s and will be responsible for developing your own clients, from scratch.
