As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will manage end‑to‑end recruitment, build client relationships, source candidates, interview, negotiate salaries and develop new business.

The program emphasizes high performance, progression to management in 14–16 months, uncapped commission, and a dynamic, social office environment right in Leeds.

• Degree completed before starting (2:1 or above preferred).
• Professional and presentable (corporate office attire).
