Mackenzie Stuart, a market leading Executive Search firm, is hiring graduates in Leeds for a Graduate Business Consultant role. You will run your own business within our group, headhunt talent worldwide, and build client and candidate relationships from day one.

We offer a competitive base salary of £29,000 with an uncapped commission scheme up to 60% and an average first-year OTE of £45-50k. Fast progression and a dynamic, high-energy office environment are supplied.

What you will be doing as a Graduate Business Consultant:

• Essentially you will be managing your own business within our business, specialising in one of our many industries on a global basis.
• Headhunting top industry talent into high-level job openings internationally.
• Managing and building client and candidate relationships as soon as you start the role and responsible for the entire end-to-end recruitment process. You will have a high level of support and autonomy!
• This position is a sales and business development role; you will be working towards targets, have KPI’s and will be responsible for developing your own clients, from scratch. We need confident, resilient, hard-working, competitive and down-to-earth individuals who can add value to our business and clients!
