We offer a competitive base salary of £29,000 with an uncapped commission and an average first-year OTE of £45,000–£50,000, plus fast progression to management within 12–18 months.

Crucially, the Graduate Recruitment Consultant role is a sales and business development position, where you will have full responsibility for your own industry sector.

• Managing your own business within our business, specialising in one industry on a global basis

• Building and managing client and candidate relationships from day one, taking responsibility for the entire end‑to‑end recruitment process
• Working towards targets and KPIs while developing your own client base from scratch
• Operating with a high level of autonomy, supported by an experienced leadership team
