Novaris Search is looking for ambitious graduates to join our Leeds city centre office as Executive Search Consultants. This on-site role combines sales and business development, with uncapped commission and fast progression toward leadership positions.

You will headhunt top talent globally, build client relationships, and manage end-to-end recruitment with strong support and training. No prior experience required; all degrees welcome.

Novaris Search is hiring Executive Search Consultants to join our growing Leeds city centre office, working on-site 5 days a week.

What you will be doing as an Executive Search Consultant:

• Essentially you will be managing your own business within our business, specialising in one of our many industries on a global basis.
• Headhunting top industry talent into high-level job openings internationally.
• Managing and building client and candidate relationships as soon as you start the role and responsible for the entire end-to-end recruitment process. You will have a high level of support!
• This position is a sales and business development role; you will be working towards targets, have KPIs and will be responsible for developing your own clients, from scratch. We need confident, resilient, hard-working, competitive and down-to-earth individuals who can add value to our business and clients!
