Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Graduate Recruitment Consultant in Exeter. You will start with a base salary of £26,000 plus uncapped commission, with an OTE of £35k-£40k in Year 1. The role offers industry-leading training and a clear pathway to Director, with office-based hours from Monday to Friday in Exeter.

You will build your own market, speak with clients and candidates daily, and learn to manage recruitment end-to-end, negotiating offers and closing placements as you grow.
