Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is recruiting an Associate Recruitment Consultant in Exeter. You’ll start on a base salary of 26,000 with uncapped commission and an OTE of 35k–40k in Year 1, plus structured training and a clear path to leadership.

You’ll build relationships with clients and candidates on a daily basis, learn end-to-end recruitment, and progress through a performance-based framework. This role suits ambitious individuals who thrive on challenge and rapid earnings growth.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (Early finish Fridays)
