Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited in Exeter is seeking an Associate Recruitment Consultant to build a specialist market, speak with clients and candidates daily, and own end-to-end recruitment processes. This is a phone-led, target-driven role with uncapped commission and structured development.

You’ll train from the ground up in a high-support environment, with a clear path from Associate to Director based on results and performance.

Associate Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £26,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE £35K - £40K Year 1) | Industry-Leading Training | Clear Pathway to Director

Location: Exeter (EX1 1TS)

Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (Early finish Fridays)
