Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a Graduate Recruitment Consultant in Bristol City Centre. This entry-level role offers a base salary of £26,000 with uncapped commission and a clear training path from entry level to Director.

You will build a specialist desk, speak to clients and candidates daily, and develop the commercial skills to win business and close deals. You will work in a phone-led, target-driven environment with merit-based progression and extensive onboarding to help you

Graduate Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £26,000 + Uncapped Commission | Industry-Leading Training | Merit-Based Progression (Entry Level to Director)

Location: Bristol City Centre

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am - 5pm (Early Finish Fridays!)
