Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Graduate Recruitment Consultant in Exeter. The role offers £26,000 base plus uncapped commission with an OTE £35K-£40K in year one, plus industry-leading training and a clear pathway to Director.

Working hours are Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, with early finish on Fridays, in a supportive, high-energy environment. You will source, screen and interview candidates, build client relationships, manage processes from briefing to offer, negotiate, and grow into a market
