Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Associate Recruitment Consultant in Exeter to join a fast-growing team. You’ll source, screen and interview candidates, build client relationships and manage end-to-end recruitment processes.

With structured development and ongoing coaching, you’ll progress from Associate to Director based on results. The role offers £26,000 base salary plus uncapped commission with an OTE of £35,000–£40,000 in the first year.

Salary: £26,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE £35K - £40K Year 1) | Industry-Leading Training | Clear Pathway to Director

Location: Exeter (EX1 1TS)

Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (Early finish Fridays)
