Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Graduate Recruitment Consultant in Exeter. The role offers £26,000 base salary plus uncapped commission (OTE £35,000–£40,000 Year 1) and industry-leading training.

You will build your own specialist market, speak with clients and candidates daily, and progress through a defined path from Associate to Director based on performance. Hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with an early finish on Fridays.
