Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Entry Level Recruitment Consultant in Exeter to join a fast-growing team. The role focuses on building relationships with clients and candidates while learning the recruitment process from start to finish.

You will source and interview candidates, win new business, negotiate offers, and develop expertise in your market, with industry-leading training and clear progression to leadership.

Entry Level Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £26,000 + Uncapped Commission (Year 1 OTE £35K - £40K)| Industry-Leading Training | Clear Progression to Director

Hours: Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm, with early finish on Fridays!)

Location: Exeter (EX1)

As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you will become a specialist recruiter within your market, responsible for building relationships with both clients and candidates.
