Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a proactive Graduate Recruitment Consultant in Bristol City Centre. You will join a fast-growing specialist recruitment business with a clear path from entry level to leadership.

Training starts from day one, with daily client and candidate contact to build a high-performing desk. The role is phone-led and target-driven, offering a base salary of £26,000 plus uncapped commissions and strong progression opportunities.

Graduate Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £26,000 + Uncapped Commission | Industry-Leading Training | Merit-Based Progression (Entry Level to Director)

Location: Bristol City Centre

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am - 5pm (Early Finish Fridays!)
