Ping-HR - Rec2Rec & Sales Recruitment in London is seeking a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join the construction team. About the role

We're looking for a graduate to join our team as a Recruitment Consultant, working within the construction sector. You'll be trained from the ground up - no prior recruitment or construction experience needed, just drive, resilience and a genuine interest in people and business.

This is a 360 recruitment role. You'll build your own client base, source and place candidates, and manage the full process from first call to placement.

What you'll be doing
