Ping-HR - Rec2Rec & Sales Recruitment in London is seeking a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join the construction sector. You will be trained from the ground up in a 360 role, building your own client base, sourcing and placing candidates, and managing the full process from first call to placement.

No prior recruitment or construction experience is required; we value drive, resilience and a genuine interest in people and business.

Qualifications

• A degree (any subject) or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills - you'll be on the phone a lot.
• Competitive, target-driven and comfortable with a fast pace.
• Resilience - recruitment has highs and lows, and we need people who bounce back.
• Genuine curiosity about business and what makes people tick.
• No construction background required - we'll teach you the industry.

Responsibilities

• Building relationships with construction companies to understand their hiring needs.
• Sourcing and screening candidates across trades, site management, and technical roles.
• Managing the recruitment process end-to-end - interviews, offers, feedback.
• Developing new business through calls, meetings and networking.
• Hitting targets tied to placements and revenue.
• Keeping accurate records on our CRM.
