AECOM invites graduates to join its Graduate Development Programme in the UK. You will develop skills across planning, project management and rail delivery while working within multidisciplinary teams on large infrastructure projects.

The programme provides mentorship, regular training modules, and chartership support, with hybrid work options and opportunities to work on live client projects across the UK & Ireland.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a 2:1 or equivalent in a related discipline.
• Masters qualification in a relevant discipline would be advantageous.
• Interest in infrastructure project delivery and rail transportation.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of project delivery principles.
• Enthusiastic, hard-working and motivated to develop a career in project management.
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilités

• Supporting the planning, delivery and monitoring of railway infrastructure projects.
• Assisting project managers with programme management, cost control and risk management activities.
• Supporting stakeholder engagement and client communications.
• Assisting with project reporting, governance and performance tracking.
• Contributing to the development of project plans, schedules and resource forecasts.
• Supporting multidisciplinary teams in delivering projects safely, efficiently and sustainably.
• Assisting with contract administration and project documentation.
• Developing an understanding of project controls, commercial management and rail delivery processes.
