Job summary

AECOM is launching a Graduate Development Programme for graduates in Electrical Engineering focused on railway systems. You will design, integrate and deliver electrical concepts across stations, depots and rail facilities while collaborating with signalling, telecoms and civils teams.

Based in the UK with hybrid work options, the programme supports chartership and professional development with mentoring and live client exposure across a broad transport portfolio.

Qualifications

• BEng Electrical Engineering with a 2:1 or above.
• MEng would be an advantage for progression.
• Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to communicate clearly with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Graduate Development Programme and develop skills in design, integration and delivery of electrical systems.
• Work with rail electrical engineering teams and other disciplines to integrate designs.
• Contribute to project reviews, design documentation and client meetings.
