Job summary

Tilbury Douglas is seeking a Graduate Proposals Manager to help craft compelling bid submissions. You’ll work closely with bid, preconstruction and work-winning teams in our Coalville office to turn complex project details into clear, persuasive content.

You’ll learn to develop storytelling around construction projects, supported by mentoring, training and real responsibility within a dynamic regional team.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with creating compelling proposal content is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan, research and write high-quality bid and proposal documents.
• Coordinate with bid managers, estimators and design managers to gather project information.
• Develop clear, persuasive content that explains Tilbury Douglas value to clients.
• Support case studies, project write-ups and client-facing materials.
• Assist in design and layout of bids and supporting materials.
