Job summary

Kilnbridge is seeking a talented Bid Writer to join our Preconstruction team in London. You will craft high-quality tender responses, PQQs and framework submissions, collaborating with engineers, planners and commercial teams to showcase Kilnbridge's capabilities.

You will shape compelling, client-focused content, coordinate information gathering, and ensure submissions meet the highest standards of presentation and compliance across a range of exciting UK projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in Bid Writer, Proposal Writer or similar role in construction.
• Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading with high attention to detail.
• Ability to translate technical information into clear, persuasive content.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Produce compliant tender responses, PQQs and framework submissions.
• Review tender docs to identify client requirements and evaluation criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering, planning, commercial and HSEQ teams.
• Write, edit, proofread and format bid content for quality presentation.
• Develop case studies, capability statements and bid library content.
• Support bid planning, win themes and client research initiatives.
• Conduct QA reviews to ensure full compliance.
• Create client-facing documents and presentations for opportunities.
• Maintain and improve bid libraries and knowledge databases.
