You will own the bid process, coordinating with estimating, commercial and operations teams to craft high-quality submissions for major projects and framework opportunities.

Expertise in bid management, strong writing and editing skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders under tight deadlines are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Proposal/Bid Manager or Coordinator role within the construction industry.
• Experience working for a Main Contractor or a larger construction business.
• Experience of public sector or major client frameworks.
• A strong track record of coordinating complex, high-value bids and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written communication, copywriting and editing skills.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines.

Are you an experienced Proposal Manager with a background in construction, and keen to play a key role in securing major construction projects for a leading Main Contractor?

We are working with a highly successful and reputable business operating in both the private and public sector, who is seeking a talented BID/ Proposals professional to join their team in Yorkshire.

The Role

As Proposal Manager, you will take ownership of the bid and proposal process, working closely with the estimating/ pre construction, commercial, and operational teams, to deliver high-quality, compelling submissions.

A key focus of the role will be supporting framework bids and renewals, developing strong responses to quality questions and ensuring submissions align with client requirements and evaluation criteria.
