Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking graduates to join our Planning Consultancy or Infrastructure Planning teams in 2027. You’ll help clients navigate the planning system and bring forward sustainable places and infrastructure that respond to local needs.

You will support multidisciplinary projects across housing, regeneration, rail, energy, utilities and transport, learning from planners, engineers and environmental specialists while developing practical, value‑driven advice for communities.

Qualifications

• Candidate has or is on track for at least a 2:2 in a relevant master's degree.
• Interest in planning, development, regeneration, infrastructure, policy or engagement.
• Desire to learn, collaborate with planners, engineers and environmental specialists.

Responsibilities

• Support multidisciplinary projects across housing, mixed-use development, regeneration and infrastructure.
• Assist with policy research, planning strategy, stakeholder consultation and consent applications.
• Deliver practical advice that helps successful development and major infrastructure delivery.
