Job summary

WSP is recruiting graduates for its Planning & Consents, Environmental Management & Assessment, and Project Management & Digital teams in 2027. You will gain hands-on experience from design through delivery, working with environmental specialists, planners, engineers and managers to deliver responsible projects.

The two-year Graduate Development Programme combines structured learning, mentoring and real project experience, with hybrid working across offices in the UK.

Qualifications

• 2:2 or higher in a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Interest in environmental management, planning or consents.
• Comfort with data analysis and use of digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Support environmental assessment, planning and project management activities.
• Collaborate with specialists and project teams to deliver outcomes.
• Learn from experienced colleagues and contribute to client projects.
