Job summary

Fusion Group is seeking an Account Management Coordinator for its Willington, Derby area. This hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 days from home) offers an entry point into the pharmaceutical and clinical trial supply sector.

You will support the Account Management team, source products, and build a global supplier network while working with GDP and regulatory standards. Ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are commercially minded and eager to develop a long-term pharma

Qualifications

• Degree-educated or equivalent (preferred but not essential)
• Be able to be in the office 3 days a week
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
• Commercially aware, proactive and customer-focused
• A confident problem-solver who is comfortable working to deadlines
• Able to work well independently and as part of a team
• Confident using everyday IT systems
• Keen to learn, develop and progress within the business

Responsibilities

• Support the Account Management team in delivering client projects and orders
• Source and procure competitively priced pharmaceutical products for clients
• Build and develop a global network of suppliers and sourcing contacts, and identify new sourcing opportunities
• Work with internal teams and external partners to make sure orders are delivered accurately, on time and to a high quality standard
• Develop in-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical products, global supply chains and markets
• Work in line with Good Distribution Practice (GDP), quality procedures and regulatory requirements
• Support research projects, process improvements and general administration
