Job summary

SRG is seeking a proactive Graduate Supply Chain Coordinator to join the manufacturing logistics team on a 12-month fixed-term programme. You will support inbound and ERP activities, helping ensure medicines flow from suppliers to warehouses and customers.

This hybrid role offers exposure to end-to-end supply chain operations, data analysis, and stakeholder coordination with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners, ideal for a recent UK graduate.

Qualifications

• UK university degree within last two years.
• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business, Economics or related.
• Strong Excel, filtering, sorting, lookups and Pivot Tables.
• Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Inbound: monitor deliveries, review shipping docs, coordinate bookings.
• ERP & inventory: maintain records, process goods receipts, stock updates.
• Rework: coordinate stock movements and transport bookings.
• Inventory reporting: provide regular stock reports and data reconciliation.
• Supply issue resolution: follow up on delays and resolve operational issues.
