Job summary

Rentokil Initial Group is seeking a Graduate Pest Control Technician to cover Brixham and Paignton. You will begin with comprehensive training and gain hands-on experience while helping customers resolve pest issues across a defined area.

The role offers a starting base salary of £27,669 with potential OTE of £32,566, plus benefits and a 40-hour week, with future opportunities for overtime and career progression into Field Biologist or Key Account Manager paths.

Qualifications

• A minimum 2.2 degree in a science/BSc related subject including Social Science, or a BA in Business Management, Hospitality or Tourism.
• Willingness to undergo DBS check if required for the role.
• Full UK driving license may be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Inspect customer premises for signs of pests and assess risks.
• Tackle pest problems by cleaning and removing evidence of pests.
• Advise customers on maintenance and hygiene of their premises.
• Complete accurate reports after each visit.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional image.
