Rentokil Initial is seeking a Graduate Pest Control Technician to join our team covering Battersea, Clapham and surrounding areas. You’ll provide pest control support to customers while receiving industry-leading training and a structured career path.

Starting with a base salary of £27,788 plus £3k south east allowance, with an expected OTE of £35,000 and bonus/commission schemes. Full-time, Monday to Friday, 40 hours, with potential overtime and progression to roles like Sales Surveyor or Field

Qualifications

• A minimum 2.2 degree in a science/BSc related subject, including Social Science, or a BA in Business Management, Hospitality or Tourism.
• Desire to work hard and interact with customers daily.
• Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs.
• DBS check may be required depending on the role.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting customer premises for signs of pests and identifying potential risks.
• Swiftly tackling pest problems by cleaning and removing evidence of pest behaviour.
• Offering valuable advice to customers on maintenance and hygiene of their premises.
• Completing accurate reports after every visit.
• Providing exceptional customer service and upholding a professional image at all times.
