Qualifications

• Minimum 2.2 degree in science/BSc related subject including Social Science, or a BA in Business Management, Hospitality or Tourism.
• Desire to work hard and have fun while meeting and interacting with customers daily.
• Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs.
• A DBS check may be required depending on the role applied for.

Responsibilities

• Inspect customer premises for signs of pests and identify risks.
• Tackle pest problems by cleaning and removing evidence of pest behaviour.
• Offer advice to customers on maintenance and hygiene of premises.
• Complete accurate reports after every visit.
• Provide exceptional customer service and uphold a professional image.
