Job summary

Rentokil Initial is seeking a Graduate Pest Control Technician to cover Brixham and Paignton. You will start with full industry training and handle pest control issues across the local area, building customer relationships from day one.

The role offers a starting salary of £27,669 per year with expected OTE £32,566, plus a benefits package including a company vehicle, fuel card, uniform and RI Rewards, and potential overtime as you grow.

Qualifications

• A minimum 2.2 degree in a science/BSc related subject including Social Science, or a BA in Business Management, Hospitality or Tourism.
• A desire to work hard and have fun while meeting and interacting with customers daily.
• Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs.
• You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting customer premises for signs of pests and identifying potential risks.
• Swiftly tackling pest problems by cleaning and removing evidence of pest behaviour.
• Offering valuable advice to customers on the maintenance and hygiene of their premises.
• Completing accurate reports after every visit.
• Providing exceptional customer service and upholding a professional image at all times.
