Rentokil Initial in the United Kingdom seeks a Graduate Pest Control Technician to cover Brixham and Paignton. You will start with comprehensive training and no prior experience is required, progressing into specialist pest control support and customer service.

After 6–12 months you can steer toward a chosen path (Sales Surveyor, Field Biologist, Service Team Leader or Key Account Manager) while benefiting from a competitive salary and bonus schemes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2.2 degree in science/BSc (including Social Science) or a BA in Business Management/Hospitality/Tourism.
• Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs.
• Willingness to pass a DBS check depending on role.

Responsibilities

• Inspect customer premises for signs of pests and identify potential risks.
• Swiftly tackle pest problems by cleaning and removing evidence of pest behaviour.
• Provide advice to customers on maintenance and hygiene of their premises.
• Complete accurate reports after every visit.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a professional image.
