Job summary

Rentokil Initial is seeking a Pest Control Technician to cover Brixham and Paignton. No prior experience required due to comprehensive training. You will manage your own schedule, solve customer problems in person, and contribute to a high-service standard.

The role offers a basic salary of £27,669 with expected OTE £32,566, plus a company vehicle, bonuses, and a full benefits package. A full UK driving licence and flexibility are required for success in this field-based position.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years.
• GCSE Maths and English at level C/4 or above is advantageous.
• Flexible with working patterns to support business needs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect customer premises for signs of pests and identify risks.
• Tackle pest problems and remove evidence of pest activity.
• Advise customers on maintenance and hygiene of their premises.
• Complete accurate reports after every visit.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional image.
