Job summary

Rentokil Initial invites graduates to join the Operations and Management Graduate Programme at Fareham. Start as a Service Team Leader managing a team of Customer Delivery Representatives, delivering KPIs in a FTSE100 company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2.2 degree in BSc/BA (business, transport, logistics or management preferred)
• Full UK manual driving licence
• Target-driven, ambitious and self-motivated
• Comfortable working in the field dealing with customers face-to-face
• Desire to work hard and have fun

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Customer Delivery Representatives and meet KPIs
• Plan routes weekly to maximise customer time and minimise driving time
• Debrief direct reports daily to confirm planned works are completed
• Support service centre management and coordinate customer service requests
• Ensure Health & Safety policies are followed
• Participate in Graduate Development Days and Aspiring Development Programme
