Qualifications

• Graduating in 2027 or recently graduated in 2025 or 2026 with at least a 2:2 in a relevant degree.
• Arcadian skills include resilience, creativity, analytical thinking and being a team player.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and consult stakeholders.
• Willing to travel and stay away from home when required.

Responsibilities

• Work on mechanical design tasks across Rail and Energy Networks & Renewables teams.
• Contribute to design development, technical calculations, and digital modelling activities.
• Site visits and inspections as needed to support projects.
