Job summary

Hoare Lea, a leading UK building services and engineering consultancy, is recruiting for a 2027 Graduate Mechanical Engineer in Bristol. You’ll be exposed to a wide range of projects from day one, collaborating with built-environment specialists and working toward Chartership with mentor support.

You'll produce detailed designs, leverage CAD/Revit, and participate in structured training and development programs.

Qualifications

• An expected or achieved 2.1 or above IMechE or CIBSE accredited degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or similar
• Excellent communication, analytical and organisational skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently
• A friendly, ambitious and confident individual with a flexible and resilient approach

Responsibilities

• Collaboration across healthcare, hotels, retail and residential sectors
• Produce detailed designs and drawings for heating, ventilation, air conditioning and control systems
• Model using CAD and Revit
• Engage in continuous CPD and learning opportunities
