Job summary

Hoare Lea is seeking a 2027 Graduate Electrical Engineer in Bristol. You will contribute to detailed electrical designs, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and gain exposure to varied sectors. The programme includes structured training and mentorship to support your Chartered journey.

Ideal candidates have a 2.1 in Electrical Engineering (IET/CIBSE accredited) and strong communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive, adaptable mindset for a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering with 2.1 or higher (IET/CIBSE accredited).
• Strong communication, analytical and organisational skills.
• Ability to work in teams and independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist in producing detailed electrical designs and drawings.
• Participate in multi-disciplinary project teams across sectors.
• Use CAD/BIM tools (Revit, Dialux/Relux) to model lighting, circuits and systems.
• Engage in continuous CPD and training opportunities.
