RED ENGINEERING DESIGN LIMITED in the UK is launching its Graduate Programme for September 2027, inviting ambitious graduates to join the built environment and data centre sectors. As a Graduate Engineer, you’ll rotate through design teams, gain hands-on experience, and start your chartership journey.

You’ll work with experienced engineers on real projects, use industry-standard software, and benefit from mentoring, structured training, and a supportive, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Must hold or be working towards relevant engineering degree (BSc/BEng).
• Desire to pursue Chartered Engineer status.
• Basic knowledge of BIM and engineering software required.
• Understanding of Health & Safety legislation is essential.
• Strong IT skills and ability to use MS Office effectively.
• Proactive, enthusiastic attitude with willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design and delivery of real engineering projects.
• Engage in training and mentoring to progress towards chartership.
• Explore new technologies and support live projects.
• Work with engineers, project managers and clients across disciplines.
• Use industry software to develop designs and drawings.
• Assist with project documentation and information management.
